New Delhi International Literature Festival organised in India with India’s & World’s Literature, Legacy and Culture
Iconic 1st Edition of New Delhi International Literature Festival organised in New Delhi on 26th December 2021 at Member of Parliament Club, North Avenue, New Delhi-1, India with theme ‘Building bridge between Legacy and Literature’. Several dignitaries, International Poet Sambhu Shikhar and Poet Mr. John from Australia were guests. NDILF Founder Dr. Suresh Shaurya ‘Priyadarshi’ and Co-Founder Vikram Sinha have emphsised that this festival has glorified India’s rich literature and legacy including Gandhi’s, King Ashoka and Buddha’s for the world. Nelson Mandela legacy and Gandhi’s relation with Africa have also been highlighted in this festival.
This festival has been initiated and conceptualized to bring back the glorious past of India. Being the World’s most deserving place for Knowledge and literature, India has still a special place among world citizens. NDILF was organised by PIU trust Where renowned Sahitya Akadmi awardees along with other noted poets and writers like Dr. Satyam Bhaskar, Hemlata Sharma(MP), Dr. Madhu Kaushik (Delhi), Dr. Yogesh Yogi & Dr. Ramchander Swamy (Rajasthan), Dr. Nutan Chaudhary(Bihar) S.P. Rawal (Delhi, migrated from Pakistan during Partition Book-‘open Past, open Future’) etc across the country flocked together for the this fest.
Dozens of University students including University of Delhi, demonstrated their poetic, artistic talents during NDILF.
Poet Mr. John from Australia, Dr. Ram Narayan from Cambodia, Maya from Doha and other writers across the globe took part virtually due to covid pandemic.
In this festival Indian Kathak and Classical Folk dances were the main attractions in this festival for audience and spectaters.NDILF National Vice-President Vikram Sinha told that poets were like N. Bharati etc awarded too with global Literary and other awards.
In panel discussion Prof. Of different universities took part Virtually. Ravinder Sahu lectured on Success mantras. Manisha etc conducted the festival as an Anchor.
In this fest. offline participants were Sandhya Sharma Mishra, Aasha Dinker, Dr. Shobha Raturi, Dr. Swalpa Badgaiya, Rachana Singhaniya, Payal Gupta, Prena Singh, Ram Ratan Srivas, Raj Bahadur Singh Yadav, Aamil Quraishi, Porwal Mukesh, Saddam Husain, Karan Lamba, Anoop Mishra “Devprayagi”, Dr. Nutan Choudhary, Himanshu Sahu, M.S.Husain “Kaimoori”, Hardik Agrahari, Vandana Singh, Rishabh Dev, Vedant Sanjay Kulkarni, Dr. Neha Priyanka Singh, Namrata Shrivastava, Dr. Siya Sharan Jyotishi, Gyanwati Saxena “Gyan”. Online participants were- Vandana Rajendra Tiwari, Sushila Saini, Smt. Umesh Naag, Archana Tiwari, Prena Jain, Amita Mishra, Pragya Ambedker, Nandlal Mani Tripathi, Sanjeet Goyal, Shambhu Shankar Behra, Gyanwati Saxena, Vibhor Bijoy, Ankita Dwivedi, Nandita Manji, Manoj Kumar Jaiswal, Dr. Ratan Kumari Verma.
All participants were felicitated with certificates and memento at the end. PIU trust Vice President Dr. Randhir Kumar tremendously helped in organising it successfully.
The festival has been transmitted by Sansad TV, Zoom Tv etc. Citizens spl.writers across India and abroad were seen very enthuasitic for this fest.
At the end of the program Dr. ‘Priyadarshi’ expressed his warm regards to all participants and congratulated all.
