State Bureau/Jharkhand : Ranchi University, in collaboration with Jharkhand Rai University, successfully completed a pool campus recruitment drive for Genpact, hosted at Jharkhand Rai University. The event saw the selection of 10 talented students from Ranchi University after a comprehensive assessment process.

The recruitment drive included rigorous rounds such as Group Discussions, Personal Interviews and an Online Assessment Test. These stages were meticulously designed to evaluate the students’ analytical abilities, communication skills, and overall aptitude, ensuring that only the best candidates were selected.

The selected students will join Genpact at Hyderabad, where they will have the opportunity to develop their professional skills and contribute to the company’s innovative projects. Genpact’s focus on digital transformation and operational excellence provides an ideal environment for these young professionals to thrive and grow. Students’ annual CTC is up to 3 lacs (+ incentives).
